good analogy between starlings and rush hour. Great poem Frank, reminds me of my days waiting for the train on the North London Line

With starlings, is it ever not rush hour?

An oldie:

a rush of starlings
over the highway –
the things I don't know

Thank you all for your comment; and thanks for your poem, Bill. You are right starlings nearly always seem in a rush...

__Your thought: "each starling decends with a ball of sunshine;" how natural things can bring the sunshine into one's life. Fine one Frank! _M

Like Magyar I love that the starlings carry the sun with them....and of course the swooping and rushing about so familiar with these birds. Well caught Frank.
