a striking haiga, Frank! beautiful picture, :)wishes, devika
Oh lol how splendid, sun on the tummy, I love this and the photo, well: sublime ;)
Wonderful :) Beautiful picture!
I like the verse (great jux) and photo separately, and combined they are dynamite.
I like the ku!In my opinion it could be a bit closer to the picture. It is difficult to find out the right measure (close to the picture or distant). I am a beginner in haiga - just trying making experience.I beg your pardon for bad English. I feel better in my mother language.Rudi
beautiful!(wish I had a aimless weekend. too much to do.:(
Hi Rudi,Thanks for your observations. It’s difficult with haiga to match a poem with an appropriate image. In this instance, I felt that the picture matched the mood of the poem. This mood matching can be very difficult to articulate. So whether it works as a whole or not is up to the observer/reader. All the best, Frank...
Great picture, good haiku.Best wishesRalf
Wow - a stunning haiga Frank! Excellent ku.
_Like these Frank, both photo and words, just grand! _m[I covertly glanced at my window sills!]
Well caught. Dead insects often appear when we are at our most over-heated and listless.
